BR 1-10 : The Fabulous Story of Fashion

The reason why I choose this book is that I like fashionable clothes and goods very much and wanted to know its history. This book explained why people wear clothes, what goods people wear in those age, how fashion became, how clothes people around the world like, and so on. I understood, in the ancient world, people often wear bronze helmet, leg guards, shield, and breastplate. It looks gorgeous. Also in Middle Ages, especially Europe like Rome, German, and Paris wear clothes look heavy and gorgeous. And I was surprised to know that little boy wear a lacy ruff, a dress, an apron, a bib and a cap like little girl and in France man wore a long, curly wig.

BR 1-09 : The Fairyground Ghost

One day, Jake Hubbard knew that the fair is held in his town. He was so excited, but his parents were very busy and had no time. His sister, Marcia, spent the whole time on the phone. Jake wanted to go the fair so much, so Marcia decided to take him with her boyfriend, Brad. But they left Jake alone and headed the Tunnel of Love. When Jake walk alone, he found a poster which was written the ghost train. This attraction made people scared, but a little ghost wasn't scary. Jake liked him, but because of his the funniest look, he must be tested. He is not good as a real ghost, so he was going to disappear from the store. So Jake invited the ghost to have some fun on the fair. They enjoyed many attractions, and they became friends. The ghost could go back to the store and scare the people thank for Jake. I dislike the ghost or horror story, this story was a funny story. I think it is interesting to exist ghost like him.

Happy - Pharell Williams

Now, I would like to tell you Pharell Williams. He is a singer in the U.S., and he is known for "happy" produced in 2013. This is the most famous song of his songs. The chance that I know this song is that Mr.Tomei introduced this song and movie in Writing class a few weeks ago. I had never known and heard this songs, but I became to like that right away. "Happy" makes us happy so much by its lyrics and the sounds. I like the lyrics so much, especially this part, "Because I'm happy Clap along if you know what happiness is to you Because I'm happy Clap along if you feel like that's what you wanna do Here come bad news talking this and that Give me all you got, don't hold back Well I should probably warn you I'll be just fine No offense to you don't waste your time." This song makes us have courage and brave. If I am sad or tired, I will listen to this song and make me happy!

BR 1-08 : The Clumsy Crocodile

Cassy the clumsy crocodile gets a new job at Everglades Department Store, but she makes mistakes not in the way she hopes even if she works carefully. There are many department, toys, food, china, and so on. She leaves a trail of destruction behind her in every department she visits. One day, two burglars break into the store. They want to steal the Everglades Emerald which is the most expensive thing in there, but Cassy’s clumsiness saves it! In the end, she turns her into a hero. After I read this book, I think I should try to do anything I can. Like Cassy, it’s important never to give up and being brave.

BR 1-07 : Beauty and the Beast

One day, in one village, the beauty lived with her father happily so much. The letter written by her father said, “I took a rose from the garden of a monstrous beast and he has sworn to kill me.” When Beauty reads this letter from her father, she bravely rides to the Beast’s enchanted castle in his place. The Beast is truly terrifying, but as Beauty soon realizes, nothing is quite as it seems. Beauty is a very good girl, and did not have prejudice to the wild beast. They become friendly gradually -- it was begun mutually Finally, the curse of beast was solved, returned to a prince of the true figure, and they spent a happy life in his castle forever. to have good will. I have ever seen this Disney movie, so I like this story very much. I will try to think what is a truly love. I love this book very much, because this is a story of romance, brave, and love. Also, I like this movie filmed by Disney!

BR 1-06 : Romeo & Juliet

I did't know a detail of this story, so I wanted to read "Romeo and Juliet" so much. This story is romance and love story. Romeo and Juliet fall in love, but their families are bitter enemies. It was in medieval Verona, a place of sword fights, secrets and magic potions. Their tragic love story plays out to a desperate end. I think how sad this story is. The person who she loved so much died. I can't imagine how she feel sad. I have a boyfriend, so I wanted to treat him as precious as I can. This story tells us the importance of the life, lover, and meaningless of war. I could learn a lot of things thanks to this book, so I recommend this book to everyone.

BR 1-05 : The Monster Gang

The reason why I choose this book is because "The Monsters Ink" is popular for everyone in these days. Some children have a time because it is rain outdoor, so they are very bored. Playing games, drawing pictures of space men and monstrous aliens, anything cannot make them enjoy. Suddenly, a Ben boy catches up with the idea, which is to start a gang as a monster. They will have to dress up and look scary in Ben's grandfather's treehouse. The next morning, six monsters clambered into the house. They didn't know who they are each other, because they dressed up. Also, they enjoyed the monster's look and do something monsters do like real. The monster who is the real look, and can't move mask, ear, and skin. Thy decided who is Ellie and she is the best. But Ellie was there with different figure, and there are a letter in the room last. After they read, they were very surprised, because that was a letter from the best monster. In fact, he was a real monster!
